Nutrition Policy: Meals and Snacks
The center will provide nourishment four times each day. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack will be distributed. All meals and snacks are prepared based on the Recommended Dietary allowances contained in the Food Pyramid. Menus are posted monthly. This Center participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services, which meet all federal recommended daily nutritional standards.
Parents must provide formula and baby food for their infants up to 12 months old.
Snow Day Closing Policy
The Little Flower Childcare Center will close when all parochial schools close. An example for this is when St. Michael's School closes, then the center will be closed on that snow day. You may also call our center or check on our page for updated information.
